A bolha.com Store may have several usernames, but only by prior arrangement with the Manager.
The Operator is the representative of the Manager who is responsible for communicating with and providing assistance to Users. The Operator shall be available to Users at their request during the working hours of the Manager which are available on the bolha.com website
The Privacy Policy is a policy of the Manager which details the collection and processing of personal data collected by the Users, and it also provides further details on the use, protection, storage, deletion and transfer of personal data as well as the use of other personal data processing tools.
- With their use of the bolha.com website, the User also agrees with these Rules. The acceptance of the Rules is also a condition for the registration on the bolha.com website. The User may consult the version of the Rules relevant at the applicable times on the bolha.com website. These Rules may be updated and amended from time to time. Any amendments shall enter into force on the date on which they are published. All Registered Users shall be notified of any amendments by e-mail, using the e-mail address that they indicate during registration. - Browsing on the bolha.com website is made possible for all Users. If a User wishes to access all the available functionalities, they have to fill in the registration form. Upon registration, the User must complete all the necessary fields with true and accurate data. Pretending to be someone else is a criminal offence. The scope of data required depends on the type of the Registered User. All Users who may publish classified advertisements on the bolha.com website must verify their user account before publishing their first classified advertisement. By accepting these Rules, the User undertakes to respect them and act in accordance with them.
- A Registered User must make sure that their password remains safe and occasionally change it. The Manager shall not be held responsible for any cases of password misuse; however, they shall take any appropriate action immediately after having been informed by the User that an alleged misuse has taken place. If it turns out that the password of any User has been misused, the User agrees that, in this case, the offers, enquiries and other declarations of will which have been issued in the name of this User shall not be considered as declarations of will and, therefore, shall by no means produce any legal effects. A Registered User is fully responsible for any damages incurred by a third party due to unauthorised access to the user account of said Registered User as well as for any content published in such a manner on the bolha.com website.
- The Users of the bolha.com website can benefit from professional and technical assistance when using the website. In addition to the telephone number and e-mail where they can initiate contact with the Manager, the User may also take advantage of the possibility of a “live chat” in a Web browser as well as of the possibility of “remote assistance”.
The User is informed and agrees to provide the Manager with their name in order for the latter to be able to successfully provide the “live chat” service, and that communication will be established with a free Operator after said confirmation has been provided by the User. The User agrees that, for the purpose of providing the “live chat” service, the Manager is made aware of the information which is usually revealed during the provision of such services (i.e. their location, operating system, browser, etc.).
The User who decides to make use of the “remote assistance” service agrees that the Operator connects to their computer and agrees that the Operator can access all the information that the User would otherwise also reveal to the Operator during the provision of said assistance. For the provision of the “remote assistance” service, the User is sent an online link based on their request, which the User must then confirm by clicking it. With their confirmation, the User confirms that the Operator can connect to their computer. A connection is established between the User and the Operator, which enables the Operator to manage the User's computer for the purpose of providing assistance.
- By registering on the bolha.com website, every User allows for the use and processing of the provided personal and other data for the purpose of operating the bolha.com website, sending system and technical e-mails, and communicating with Operators as set out in Point 5 of these Rules. The Manager shall process the personal data received pursuant to the legislation in the field of personal data protection applicable at the relevant times as well as pursuant to their own Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy . Any Registered User must become familiar with this Policy when creating their user account. Users are informed about the purposes of the processing of the provided personal data when they provide said personal data. The Manager guarantees to process and store the received personal data pursuant to the purpose for which they have been collected, and pursuant to the legislation in the field of personal data protection applicable at the relevant times.
- The bolha.com website enables Users to send and receive e-mails, whereby the Manager does not assume any responsibility for the timely and comprehensive provision of the content of said e-mails. If a Registered User decides to permanently delete the content of an e-mail, the Manager shall not store said content.
- E-mail communication on the bolha.com website is used to initiate contact between Users in relation to the offer and enquiry about goods or services described in classified advertisements. It is strictly prohibited to use e-mail communication to:

- 9. The bolha.com website uses cookies to improve its services. The placement of cookies by the bolha.com website is regulated in accordance with the Electronic Communications Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 130/22 with amendments, hereinafter referred to as the “ZEKom-2”), which takes account of the Regulation on Privacy and Electronic Communications (2002/58/ES). The Manager shall retain or obtain access to the data stored on the User's terminal equipment provided that the User has given their consent for the Manager to do so. Before that, the User shall be clearly and exhaustively informed about the Manager and the purposes of processing said data. Any consent of the User which is given freely and which expresses their will must be obtained by the Manager before a cookie is saved or User data is collected based on the notification to the User on sending a cookie to their equipment and on the purpose of said cookie. The User of the bolha.com website shall be informed about what data is intended to be stored in the cookie, for what purpose, and how long the accepted cookie shall remain valid. The User shall be informed that the cookie will enable advertising providers to collect data on visiting other websites, displayed advertisements, etc. The User shall be provided with an explanation of the nature of the cookie and its use as well as information on tracking performed through cookies. The User shall decide whether they shall accept the cookie or not. A clear consent (indication), which can be provided by the User during their use of the bolha.com website, during the registration of their user profile, during login or during the publication of an advertisement as well as with a clearly expressed implicit action, is considered as the User's acceptance of the cookie. The fact that the User has accepted the cookie is also considered as valid consent for any subsequent collection of data arising from said cookie. At any time, the User may withdraw the consent that they have provided. The Manager of the website will inform the Users of the website that monitoring through cookies is taking place. To find out more, see the “Cookies” chapter.
- The bolha.com website may also conduct prize games, i.e. their own prize games and prize games of third parties, whereby the latter are subject to rules and conditions prepared by said third party, which is entirely responsible for the implementation of the prize game, the acquisition and processing of personal data, the draw and the prize-giving.
- Furthermore, the website may also enable other related services, such as the bolha.com Online Store, which is subject to these Rules and the appendix available here. These Rules and all their appendixes are inseparably associated and are fully binding for all Users who use the services available on the bolha.com website.
Advertising on bolha.com
- The bolha.com website acts as a broker between buyers and sellers or Users, and it is intended for the publication of classified advertisements and related services.
- The Users who publish a classified advertisement are informed and agree that the content of their classified advertisements published on the bolha.com website will be visible to all visitors of the bolha.com website, regardless of their method of access to said website.
- Classified advertisements must be written in the Slovenian language.
- A classified advertisement must include specific information about the object that is being sold. The description must only be related to the object that is being sold. In classified advertisements, it is prohibited to advertise other objects, services or anything else which is not covered by the direct sale. The price set out in each individual classified advertisement published by the Seller can also be set as “negotiable”.
In their settings, the Seller or the bolha.com Store may decide on the location data about the User and the classified advertisement that will be displayed publicly. A Registered User may choose to display their address, house number and town; for each individual classified advertisement, the region and location of the subject of the classified advertisement must also be stated upon publication. If the Registered User chooses to display any of the aforementioned information, it is considered that they agree that said information will be published alongside the advertisement.
For classified advertisements published by a bolha.com Store, the amount set out in the classified advertisement is the final binding price. If the classified advertisement is published by a bolha.com Store which is registered for VAT purposes, the price must also include VAT. An exception to this rule is the “Real Estate” category, where the VAT to be calculated depends on the type of transaction. It is prohibited to state partial prices. Any bolha.com Store and Seller advertising in the “Services” category may enter additional information about their bricks and mortar or online shop in the fields intended for this purpose.
- Photographs in the classified advertisements must represent the object which is being sold or rented. When it comes to classified advertisements for services and the “For purchase” advertisements, the photograph must represent the content of the classified advertisement. It is prohibited to publish the same photograph in several classified advertisements. It is prohibited to publish logotypes, banners and other visual material in classified advertisements.
- It is prohibited to prepare a list of products or descriptions and promotions for several products. Each individual classified advertisement may only include one subject of sale, unless said subject is part of a set (example: in one classified advertisement, it is allowed to sell “a table with four chairs”, but not “skis and a motorcycle”).
- The content of the classified advertisement must be classified in the corresponding category.
- The title of the classified advertisement must describe the object being sold. It is prohibited to write the addresses of other websites or several same characters one after the other (e.g. “***boat engine***”) in the title.
- You can only publish one classified advertisement for one object. It is prohibited to change the subject of the classified advertisement within each individual classified advertisement or within a package lease. It is also prohibited to publish classified advertisements for the same object in two different categories.
- The User undertakes not to publish classified advertisements on behalf of other people without their consent.
- The User of the bolha.com website undertakes:
- to only provide genuine content and photographs for their classified advertisements;
- not to advertise goods or services, the marketing and/or advertising of which is prohibited by law;
- that their classified advertisements will not contain harmful, insulting, unsettling, threatening or defamatory content or content harmful to minors;
- not to publish classified advertisements in violation of applicable laws, other regulations and the Constitution of the Republic of Slovenia;
- to respect the Slovenian Advertising Code (the “SOZ”) when publishing their classified advertisements;
- not to publish personal data of third parties in their classified advertisements without the consent of the owner of said personal data;
- not to sell or advertise the sale of goods or the performance of services breaching the copyright or related rights of third parties pursuant to the Copyright and Related Rights Act (the “ZASP") and the industrial property rights pursuant to the Industrial Property Act (the “ZIL-1”) and
- not to copy the content found in the classified advertisements of other users.
In the event of any breach of said Rules, the Manager reserves the right to charge administrative costs pursuant to the applicable price list. In case of suspected criminal offence or other breaches of the applicable legislation, the Manager reserves the right to cooperate with the competent authorities.
- The Manager shall provide third parties with information from the classified advertisement if this is necessary for the purpose of the operation of the bolha.com website or they will provide said information to State authorities if they are conducting proceedings against an individual User due to a suspected breach of applicable legislation.
- The bolha.com website, its Manager and its owners shall not be held responsible for the veracity of the published classified advertisements and for their content. Each individual classified advertisement, including the photographs, videos, texts and other materials which are a component part of said classified advertisement, is the sole responsibility of the person who published said classified advertisement.
- The prices and payment conditions for publishing are available to Users in the price list available on the bolha.com website. The end price for each individual payment is always visible before the final confirmation of the purchase of the services ordered. A Registered User shall receive an invoice for the performed service in their “Moja bolha.com” tab, with which they fully agree. The online link for accessing the invoice in the “Moja bolha.com” tab is sent to the e-mail address indicated by the Registered User upon registration.
- The Manager shall not reimburse the deposited credit amount. Furthermore, it is also not possible to claim a reimbursement of the paid-up funds in the following cases:
- in the event of a deletion or deactivation of a classified advertisement and related additional services and/products by the User;
- in the event of a deletion of the user account or deletion or deactivation of the classified advertisement due to a breach of these Rules and the applicable legislation.
- The funds paid up to the bolha.com website may only be used for the services and products of this website.
- If the Seller or the bolha.com Store is entitled to a reimbursement of the paid-up funds, the reimbursement is processed through the same channel used to pay up the funds, with the exception of the reimbursement of funds paid up using VALÚ and SMS payments (Premium SMS), whereby the reimbursement of the paid-up funds is arranged directly through the service provider.
- The publication of classified advertisements is only payable for the Seller in certain categories, and they can also benefit from other payable products with the purpose of providing better exposure for individual classified advertisements. Their price is determined according to the frequency of visits to each individual category and is subject to change. There are several types of payment available to the Seller. The possible payment methods are: credit or debit cards, VALÚ, PayPal, universal payment order (payment of an advance invoice) and bolha.com credit. The possible methods for depositing credit are: credit or debit cards, VALÚ, PayPal, universal payment order (payment of an advance invoice) and SMS payment (Premium SMS). The minimum respective amount of credit is EUR 0.10, with the exception of SMS payment (Premium SMS), where the minimum amount of credit is EUR 1.00. In the event of an erroneous transfer of credit to another user account, the Manager reserves the right to cancel the transfer and transmit the funds that have been paid.
Unused quantities of purchased additional services or products are not preserved upon the deactivation of a classified advertisement or they are proportionally decreased until the end of the period for which the service has been purchased. Upon reactivation of a classified advertisement within the period for which each individual service has been purchased, it is possible to use the proportional share of unused quantities, if the period for which the service has been purchased has not ended by the day of activation.
- The contract between the Manager and the User is considered concluded with the confirmation of the publication of the classified advertisement after the performance of all technical steps leading to the publication of the classified advertisement. The distance contract is thereby considered concluded, and the service (i.e. the publication of a classified advertisement for a mutually agreed period of time and under mutually agreed conditions) is considered performed after the receipt of payment. Insofar as these are relationships with Users - consumers, the Manager shall respect the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 130/22 with amendments, hereinafter referred to as the “ZVPot-1”). The Manager provides the Users who are considered as consumers pursuant to the ZVPot-1 with all rights arising from the ZVPot-1.
- The bolha.com Store is a special method of publishing classified advertisements, which only differs from the publication of an ordinary advertisement in that it enables the publication of advertisements to entities complying with the conditions for carrying out the activities encompassed in such sales. When it comes to advertising via the bolha.com website, the bolha.com Stores must respect the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 130/22 with amendments, hereinafter referred to as the “ZVPot-1”), which means that their business transactions must comply with the provisions about distance contracts, insofar as the bolha.com Store enables the conclusion of such contracts. The bolha.com website does not enable any direct conclusion of distance contracts between the bolha.com Store and potential buyers or Users, and it does not provide bolha.com Stores with services other than the brokerage and publication of the classified advertisement. When publishing their classified advertisements, bolha.com Stores must state, in every classified advertisement published, the name of the company and their registered address or the address of the business unit selling the advertised object.
The Manager reserves the right to assess the suitability of each individual bolha.com Store, and further reserves the right to exclude any such bolha.com Stores without providing a reason. Such an exclusion signifies the termination of the contractual relationship. In the event of an exclusion of a bolha.com Store, the Manager is entitled to issue an invoice to the bolha.com Store for the services that have actually been performed.
Advertising goods and services is only available to bolha.com Stores in return for payment. The use of all services and products is only available based on the deposited credit. An active bolha.com Store is the prerequisite for depositing credit. The possible methods of depositing credit for a bolha.com Store are: credit or debit cards, VALÚ and universal payment order (payment of an advance invoice). The relevant amount deposited is set out by the bolha.com Store, while the minimum amount of credit deposited amounts to EUR 10.00. If a bolha.com Store has any due and outstanding liabilities towards the Manager related to advertising, the Manager reserves the right to pay these obligations using the deposited credit.
- Any User complying with the conditions for the registration of a bolha.com Store pursuant to these Rules exclusively and entirely guarantees and is responsible for the legality of their business transactions (which also include advertising on the website), and they also guarantee that they are registered pursuant to the applicable legislation and that they have all the necessary permissions to carry out the activity that they are advertising.
- Any bolha.com Store may have no more than 5 active “For purchase” classified advertisements at any given time. A higher amount of active “For purchase” classified advertisements is only possible in the “Real estate” category. The Manager reserves the right to remove the “For purchase” classified advertisements of a bolha.com Store which does not comply with the aforementioned provision from the bolha.com website without any prior explanation or notice.
- The bolha.com Stores and Sellers may advertise in the “Services” category. A Seller may publish an advertisement in this category if they have an arranged status of a self-employed person. A self-employed person is a natural person performing a gainful activity or another permitted activity. In the “Services” category, it is prohibited to advertise activities or work based on a civil contract which has not been concluded yet. When ordering a classified advertisement, the Seller who has ordered said classified advertisement in the “Services” category must provide their first and last name, address and a statement confirming that they have a suitably registered service activity and that they have obtained all the necessary permits for the performance of the advertised service. The Seller (the person who has ordered a classified advertisement in the “Services” category) is entirely responsible for the admissibility of advertising. If the Seller publishes their classified advertisement even though they do not have a suitably registered status of a self-employed person, the Manager reserves the right to delete their classified advertisement.
- Publishing web links (linking) from the bolha.com website is only allowed for those Users who have a registered bolha.com Store. Said Users may use the bolha.com website to publish links leading to their own websites, but only using a “no follow” attribute. Links to websites advertising various other services and products are prohibited. Links to websites which compete with the bolha.com website are prohibited. The Manager reserves the right to decide, at their own discretion, whether they allow certain links or not.
- Classified advertisements inviting visitors to participate in various multi-level marketing and pyramid schemes are prohibited. In addition, classified advertisements inviting visitors to participate in gambling are also prohibited.
- It is prohibited to order and publish classified advertisements which could mean the publishing of a need for illegal work, the provision of illegal work or illegal employment (illegal work) pursuant to the Prevention of Unemployed Work and Employment Act (hereinafter referred to as the “ZPDZC-1”). By publishing their classified advertisements, Registered Users undertake to provide or request the registration or notification of an activity pursuant to the provisions set out in the ZPDZC-1. If a classified advertisement leads to believe that the content could constitute the publishing of a need for illegal work, the provision of illegal work or illegal employment or illegal work, the Manager reserves the right to not publish said classified advertisement. Pursuant to the ZPDZC-1, the Manager must provide the law enforcement authorities, at their request, with information about the person who ordered a classified advertisement.
- Alcohol and foodstuffs may only be advertised on the bolha.com website by respecting the limitations set out in the Restrictions on the Use of Alcohol Act (hereinafter referred to as the “ZOPA”), the Act Regulating the Sanitary Suitability of Foodstuff, Products and Materials Coming into Contact with Foodstuffs (hereinafter referred to as the “ZZUZIS”), and the Mass Media Act (hereinafter referred to as the “ZMed”).
- Any advertising of tobacco and tobacco products is prohibited. In addition, it is also prohibited to advertise products, the appearance and purpose of use of which directly incites to the use of tobacco products.
- It is prohibited to advertise stolen, counterfeit or pirated goods. Counterfeit goods are goods which bear a brand or a logo which cannot be distinguished from another brand according to its essential characteristics, whereby the owner of said brand has not provided the permission for such use of their brand or logo. Pirated goods are goods which are a copy (a replica) or imitation of goods, manufactured without the permission of the owner of the copyright or related rights or model rights, whereby such manufacturing breaches said rights.
- It is prohibited to advertise medicinal products which are only available on prescription as well as medicinal products for which a marketing authorisation has not been obtained, and medical devices used by legal or natural persons performing medical or veterinary activity, with the exception of devices which do not bear a high level of risk for the User, and for which the advertiser has obtained the permission from the competent authority. When advertising medicinal products and medical devices, the provisions of the Medicinal Products and Medical Devices Act (hereinafter referred to as the “ZZMP”) and the Rules regulating advertising of medicinal products and medical devices must be complied with.
- In their classified advertisements, lawyers may only publish information about their law firms (their area of expertise, recognised specialisation, address and working hours of their law firm, joint professional activity of partners, etc.) if said information is true and related to their activity. Public information must take place pursuant to the Code of Professional Ethics for Lawyers and other applicable regulations. It is prohibited to publish classified advertisements containing financial data about turnover and performance, references about the number of obtained business transactions, the number of clients and their importance, the participation in high-profile cases, the difficulty of cases resolved, any references to previous activities, functions or positions, any references to influential relationships and acquaintances, the provision of false or misleading information about one's work, and the provision of promotional gifts in order to attract customers.
- When purchasing, selling or giving away animals, age-related and other restrictions set out by the Animal Protection Act (hereinafter referred to as the “ZZZiv”), the Rules on the protection of pet animals and other applicable legislation in this field must be respected. When purchasing or selling animals and plants of wild species (species, the specimens of which live or grow freely in nature), the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act (hereinafter referred to as the “ZON”), by-laws and international regulations (the CITES Convention etc.) regulating the field of trade, cultivation, labelling and notification obligation related to the acquisition of an animal and the permission for taking animals and plants of protected and endangered wild species from nature must be respected. To find out more, please see the “Nature” websites of the Slovenian Environment Agency.
- Any classified advertisements containing special offers (such as a discount, gift, etc.) must include a clear description of said special offer in the description of the classified advertisement. Photographs in a classified advertisement may not be marked with a special offer. Special offers must not be misleading. In the classified advertisement containing a special offer, the provider must state the location where the User may read the conditions for obtaining benefits or obtain additional information related to said special offer.
- When publishing an offer related to each individual classified advertisement and accepting an offer from the Seller or the bolha.com Store that has published the classified advertisement in question, an obligation relationship is established between the Seller and the Buyer. Any disputes arising from said relationship (such as disputes related to the veracity of User data, the content of the offer, the object and the price of the offer, etc.) shall exclusively be resolved between the Seller and the Buyer. Sellers and Buyers on the website accept a trading practice which is specific for the World Wide Web and is, up to a certain point, considered anonymous. The Manager of the website shall not be held responsible if any of the Users is found to have been providing incomplete or untrue identification information. By accepting these Rules and by opting to perform business via the Internet, the Sellers and Buyers assume the risks related to the credibility of the identity of each individual User of the website, and they also assume responsibility for the consequences of performing business via the Internet. The Manager shall not be held responsible in the event of a dispute between Users.
- The contact form appearing next to each individual classified advertisement is exclusively intended for visitors to enquire about specific offers. Sending messages with any other content is prohibited.
- The Manager reserves the right to delete a classified advertisement or to not publish a classified advertisement if they believe that the publication of said classified advertisement might hurt the bolha.com website, which is entirely decided at the discretion of the Manager. Furthermore, the Manager also reserves the right to immediately delete any User from the list of Registered Users breaching these Rules or otherwise causing harm to the bolha.com website, its managers or its owners. This is entirely decided at the discretion of the Manager.

- “keyword spamming” - repeating the same words; specific keywords (or syllables) must not be present in over 10% of the content of the advertisement and must not be obviously repeated in the title;
- “hidden text”, i.e. if the User enters text, which cannot be read by other Users or is not visible to other Users, in their classified advertisement;
- insulting or inappropriate content or content which means that the subject or service set out in the classified advertisement cannot be the subject or the service of trading;
- banners or promotional advertisements, banners or other logotypes, pictures or photographs which are in any way harmful for the bolha.com website and are also breaching these Rules, and any tagging of photographs in specific classified advertisement, especially when the tag contains text or numbers indicating a “special offer, discount, reduced price, etc.”, which is prohibited;
- any counters indicating how many times a classified advertisement has been viewed;
- other elements for which the Manager discovers that they are in any way harmful for the bolha.com website.
The Manager reserves the right to delete or not publish the classified advertisements which are found not to follow the Manager's rules upon automatic import of classified advertisements (XML import). Any methods allowing for the misuse of automatic sorting of advertisements on lists and in search results with the purpose of guaranteeing a better classification are not allowed and are considered a breach of these Terms and Conditions of Use of the bolha.com Website.
- By publishing their classified advertisement on the bolha.com website, the Seller or the bolha.com Store agrees to dutifully answer other Users' enquiries, be it by phone or by e-mail. The Seller or the bolha.com Store must have an active e-mail address where they can periodically check their e-mail messages.
- A Registered User agrees for the Manager to also publish their classified advertisements, including photographs, in other media for advertising purposes. The Manager shall not publish any personal data in other media; they will only publish the content of the classified advertisement in question and the link to the bolha.com website.
- The content of the bolha.com website is copyright proprietary content, which is why it is prohibited to copy or use any part of the bolha.com website, including all information provided by the Users, and include these parts in another website without prior written consent of the Manager. By entering their information on the bolha.com website, the Seller and the bolha.com website transfer material copyright for the entered information, whereby said transfer is non-exclusive and temporally and territorially unlimited. The transfer of rights can be revoked by such a User at any time by deleting their classified advertisement. The Seller or the bolha.com Store explicitly agree that all photographs published on the bolha.com website shall bear the logotype of the Manager.
- The User may contact another User through the bolha.com website only for the purpose of receiving an answer to a specific demand or specific information about the subject or service of the classified advertisement. Users may not contact other Users in order to advertise their services or products.
- Every User of the website accepts these Rules and explicitly waives the right to recover any compensation from the Manager of the bolha.com website arising from the aforementioned relationship between a Seller and a Buyer.
- The Manager and its owners shall not be held responsible for any indirect or direct damage, including any potential loss of profit, arising due to an interrupted access, failure to publish or deletion of a classified advertisement, or any errors in the functioning of the website, and can also not guarantee the successful use of this website. The content and functionalities of this website are proposed “as is”. The Manager and the owners shall not be held responsible for the damage arising from the use or inability to use this website, including, without limitations, as regards any loss of profit or expected income, loss of good repute, loss of business transactions, loss of data, computer errors or faulty operation or other loss events, unless said event arises due to the wilful or negligent conduct of the Manager with the intent to harm the User. The bolha.com website contains links to other websites but shall not be held responsible for the content of said website and can also not guarantee or take any responsibility for any illegal operation of such websites; in the event of receiving a notification of a breach of applicable regulations on said other websites, however, the Manager shall immediately take appropriate action.
- The Manager reserves the right to change the functionality of the bolha.com website and of the user experience, which may cause the classified advertisement to move or become available to Users through another path. The Manager does not guarantee that the Seller or the bolha.com Store will be able to access the content of its classified advertisement once it expires. It is, therefore, recommended that you save the content and the photographs of your classified advertisement if you wish to use them later on in any other context.
