Sredi Pohorskega gozda, odmaknjen od hrupa sveta, išče novega lastnika Dominikov dom na Mariborskem Pohorju. Dom z bogato zgodovino in nepozabnimi spomini mladih deklet in fantov, ki so tam preživeli nekaj dni na duhovnih vajah ali druženjih. Zgodbe si dom zapisuje že od leta 1939.

Ko zapustimo Maribor in se pripeljemo skoraj na vrh Pohorja (Belevue, vzpenjača), zavijemo levo na stransko asfaltno pot. Peljemo mimo naselij počitniških hišic do konca asfalta. Pot zavije skozi skrivnostno privlačen, a nadvse lep in prijeten gozd in pripelje do doma. Najprej na nas naredi lep vtis urejena in vzdrževana okolica. Vse je dokončano. Oko opazi veliko gugalnico, asfaltirani igrišči za košarko in odbojko. Prav slišimo razposajen dekliški smeh iz odbojkarskega igrišča in čutimo tekmovalnost fantovske tekme v košarki. V čudovitem gozdu ob igrišču pa tihi šepet parčka, ki se prvič poljubi....

Celoto sestavljata:

Velika hiša, ki ima 55 ležišč (11 sob, od 4-8 ležišč v sobi); ima opremljeno kuhinjo z vsem potrebnim inventarjem za pripravo obrokov, igralnice, dvorano z odrom, skupni prostor in kapelo. Velika hiša je bila vseskozi odlično vzdrževana in je bila delno že prenovljena v notranjosti. Vgrajena je bila nova toplotna črpalka in dograjena kapela ter velika dvorana. Zunanjost je potrebna temeljite prenove.
Apartmajski del obsega dva apartmaja. V prvem sta dve sobi (v vsaki po 6 ležišč), opremljen je s kuhinjo, dnevnim prostorom – jedilnico, sanitarijami, ter dvema kopalnicama. Drugi (spalni) apartma ima dve sobi s po 4 ležišči, sanitarije in kopalnico. Ta del je novejši in je vseskozi odlično vzdrževan.
Okolica je vzorno urejena in vzdrževana. Zemljišče meri več kot hektar. Nudi obilo možnosti za rekreacijo, izlete, sprehode, kolesarjenje in seveda smučanje. Lahko pa se le nadihate svežega zraka in umirite duha.

Iščemo novega lastnika, ki bi znal izkoristiti potencial doma in na krilih dobrega imena nadaljeval dejavnost ali domu vdihnil nov namen. Možen bi bil tudi dogovor za dolgoročni najem nepremičnine.

Having left the town of Maribor and driving almost to the top of the Pohorje mountain chain (right up to Bellevue and the funicular railway), turn left onto a side asphalt road. Drive past the settlements with tourist cabins until you reach the end of the asphalt road. Follow the path winding through the thick and mysteriously beautiful forest which leads up to the house. The first thing to impress you will be the well-kept surroundings. Everything is in place. There is a large swing and asphalt basketball and volleyball courts. The sound of girls laughing merrily at the volleyball court mixes with the competitive spirit of boys playing a basketball game. Away from the sports action a couple is sitting on a forest bench and sharing their first ever kiss.
The tourist complex comprises:

1. A large house with eleven rooms and 55 beds (11 rooms with 4-8 beds per room), a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals, game rooms, a hall with a stage, community space and a chapel. The large house has been well maintained and its interior has been partly renovated. A new heat pump has been installed and a chapel and a large hall with stage have been added. The surroundings of the house are in need of major renovation.
2. Two apartments are available. The first one has two rooms (each with six beds), a kitchen, a living/dining room, toilets and two bathrooms. The second apartment is primarily aimed at sleeping, as it has two rooms with four beds each, a toilet and a bathroom. This part of the complex is newer, neat and tidy.
The surrounding area is well maintained. The land plot measures over an acre and offers plenty of possibilities for recreation, excursions, walks, cycling and skiing. One can unwind here, enjoy the fresh air and calm their mind.
We are looking for a responsible new owner who would be able to exploit the potential of the complex, continue the existing activities and/or introduce new ones. A long-term lease of the property is possible.

Inmitten der Wälder von Pohorje, abgeschieden vom Lärm, sucht der Dominikov Dom (Dominiks Heim) auf dem Mariborer Pohorje Gebirge seinen neuen Eigentümer. Ein Heim, voll reicher Geschichte und unvergesslicher Erinnerungen junger Mädchen und Burschen, die dort einige Tage auf Geistesübungen oder Geselligkeiten verbrachten. Das Heim schreibt seine Geschichte schon seit dem Jahr 1939.

Wenn wir die Stadt Maribor verlassen und fast bis zum Gipfel des Pohorje Gebirges kommen (Belevue, Seilbahn), biegen wir nach links auf den Asphaltweg ab. Unsere Fahrt für uns an einer Siedlung von Ferienhäusern bis zum Ende des Asphaltes weiter. Der Weg führt uns durch einen geheimnisvollen, aber sehr schönen und angenehmen Wald weiter bis zum Heim. Zuerst begrüßt uns eine sehr schöne und instandgehaltene Umgebung. Eine große Schaukel und asphaltierte Sportplätze für Basket- und Volleyball stechen einem ins Auge. Es ist regelrecht das ausgelassene Lachen der Mädchen vom Volleyballplatz und das Wetteifern der Buben vom Basketballplatz zu hören. Im wundervollen Wald neben den Sportplätzen aber das leise Flüstern eines Pärchens, dass sich gerade zum ersten Mal geküsst hat…

Die Einheit ist zusammengesetzt aus:

Dem großen Haus, das 55 Schlafplätze hat (11 Zimmer mit 4-8 Schlafplätzen im Raum); eine eingerichtete Küche mit allem nötigen Inventar zur Vorbereitung von Mahlzeiten, Spielräume, einen Saal mit einer Bühne, einen Gemeinschaftsraum und eine Kapelle. Das große Haus ist immer ausgezeichnet Instandgehalten worden und wurde im Innenraum schon zum Teil instandgesetzt. Es wurde eine neue Wärmepumpe eingebaut, die Kapelle und der große Saal angebaut. Das Außengebäude benötigt eine gründliche Erneuerung.
Der Appartementteil umfasst zwei Appartements. Im ersten sind zwei Zimmer (in jedem je 6 Schlafplätze), mit einer Küche, Wohnraum-Esszimmer, Sanitäranlagen und zwei Badezimmern. Das zweite (Schlaf) Appartement hat zwei Zimmer mit je 4 Schlafplätzen, Sanitäranlagen und zwei Badezimmern. Dieser Teil ist neuer und wurde andauern ausgezeichnet instandgehalten.
Die Umgebung ist vorbildlich in Ordnung gehalten. Das Grundstück misst mehr als einen Hektar und bietet reichliche Möglichkeiten zur Rekreation und Ausflügen, Spaziergängen, Radfahren und natürlich Skifahren. Man kann aber auch nur frische Luft tanken und die Seele baumeln lassen.

Wir suchen einen neuen Eigentümer, der das Potential des Heimes zu nutzen wüsste und auf dem guten Namen des Heimes die Tätigkeit weiterführen würde, oder dem Heim einen vollkommen neuen Inhalt geben wollte. Es wäre auch eine Vereinbarung für eine langfristige Anmietung der Liegenschaft möglich.
