Koch Twintone II 3-Channels 50W 2 x EL34 Guitar Amp Head

The Twintone II 50W Amp Head is all about tone. Its clean sounds are rich and well defined. The Accutronics long-can reverb is bright, open, and generously deep. An unusual feature is dual input--normal and bright clean. The latter is designed for use with humbucking pickups and automatically trims excessive mids to create a balanced, very pure clean tone. The overdrive channel has dual gain controls and offers everything from clean with edge, to power crunch, and on to all-out pure saturation with infinite sustain. Special features include a solo/rhythm facility with a potentiometer on the back for setting a rhythm level, so you can footswitch between rhythm level and full volume. Another cool feature is a 0, 25, or 50W power soak so you select the appropriate power level and sound loud without being loud. A serial effects loop, recording out, and headphone output enhance this Twintone's versatility.

The Twintone II has all the goodies from the original but Koch managed to add some extra stuff to this small TONE MACHINE.

# We have added a boost on the Overdrive channel giving it basically three channels.
# The FX loop can be used Serial or Parallel.
# The reverb can be switched on/off
# We have included a 5-Way footswitch for channel switching, reverb on/of and Solo/Rhythm function.
# The channel switch has been placed on the front for easy switching when the footswitch is not on hand.
# The front panel has been slightly changed to give it a more modern look.
